Build a Stakeholder Map in 15 Minutes

Turn a messy list of names and roles into a structured stakeholder map, communication plan, and outreach messages. No spreadsheet required.

Every PM, consultant, and white-collar professional builds stakeholder maps manually. You open a doc, start typing names, and two hours later you have a chart nobody reads. Let's use Claude to do the thinking. You bring the context, Claude builds the structure.

You need: A Claude account. Open claude.ai in a browser, or the Claude desktop app.

    Open Claude.ai and give it your project context

    Go to claude.ai (or open the Claude desktop app). You're going to have a conversation, not run a command. Start by telling Claude what you're working on.

    Paste your stakeholder list (messy is fine)

    Don't worry about formatting. Paste emails, org chart screenshots, LinkedIn titles, whatever you have. Claude will make sense of it.

    Now turn the map into a practical weekly plan covering what to say, to whom, and through which channel.
