Strategic Compact

Compresses a strategy doc down to what actually matters.

What it does

/strategic-compact reads a strategy document and extracts the core: the actual bet being made, the assumptions it rests on, the conditions under which it would fail, and the 3 most important decisions. Everything else is context.

Strategy documents are often long because writing longer feels more rigorous. This skill finds what the document is actually saying and strips everything else.

When to use it

  • When you receive a lengthy strategy doc and need to understand it fast
  • Before presenting someone else's strategy to your team and you want to internalize the core
  • When you've written a long strategy doc yourself and want to know if the argument is actually there

How to trigger it

Say: compact this strategy doc and paste the document

What you need

A strategy document. Works without integrations. The output is a one-page summary covering: the core bet, the key assumptions, the failure conditions, and the 3 decisions that matter most. You can paste this into your memory for future reference.
